Get Involved! Get Inspired! Midterm Elections Kickoff in the Park
We want to see you in the park at Keep It Blue in ’22! An event to share enthusiasm for activism and to motivate each other to get involved this fall, Keep It Blue in ’22 is a community picnic that will be held on Thursday, August 25, from 5:00-7:00pm at Creston Park, picnic groves E and F, in SE Portland. Featured speakers will include Senator Ron Wyden and Representative Suzannne Bonamici plus staffers from other Oregon progressives running for office will be there. Andrea Salinas, running for Congress in District 6, Jamie McLeod-Skinner in District 5, and Tina Kotek in the gubernatorial race will have representatives to answer your questions and help get you set up in activities that suit you best, whether it’s phone banking, voter registration, writing post cards, canvassing, or other campaign needs. We need all hands on deck to maintain the Democratic majority in the House and Senate and to keep our democracy safe for future generations. Sign up now as registration is limited! Indivisible Tuesday Tomorrow with Senator Merkley’s Office
Join fellow constituents of Senator Merkley tomorrow, August 16, from 11:30am-12:30pm at virtual Indivisible Tuesday. After the welcome, a conversation among participants, and announcements, staffers will join the meeting at noon.
