The Country Goes to the Polls

The Country Votes Tomorrow It’s coming down to the wire, and there’s still time to canvass, phone bank, and make sure your friends and family have voted or have a plan to vote. Recent polling is too close to be meaningful, which means there’s still time to reach undecided or apathetic voters. Here are some suggestions:

  • In the District 5 Congressional race, check Jamie McLeod-Skinner’s website for opportunities today and tomorrow.

  • Get-Out-the-Vote activities for Andrea Salinas running for Congress in District 6 can be found here.

  • The Governor’s race is tight and a lot is at stake. Check Tina Kotek’s website for last-minute volunteering.

Be Sure to Vote the Ballot Measures

If you’re still uncertain about the ballot measures, COIN held a panel discussion about four of them with representatives from each measure. Watch a recording here. Meet with Fellow Activists & Senator Dembrow A4D November Meeting A4D’s post-election monthly meeting takes place on Tuesday, November 22, at 5:00pm. We’ll look back at what happened during the election and forward to the 2023 legislative session. Our guest, State Senator Michael Dembrow, will share his assessment of the composition of the new legislature, its agenda, likely leadership selections, and the impact various statewide ballot measures may have. We hope to see many of you there as we come together again and face the future together. Register here and meeting details will be sent to you.
